Since I work from photos I would be glad to take them if you live in the seven-county Minneapolis/St.Paul area. If you live outside the area, then you will need to provide the photographs.
Take the photographs from different angles angles that proudly show off your house. I recommend the front and at least two different corners that include both the front and the side of the place.
Take close-ups photos of doors and window moldings and any other interesting architectural details especially those that are hidden by trees and telephone poles. Cars or trash cans that distract from the house will be eliminated. Items that convey the surrounding such as streetlights and sidewalks may be included.
The more photographs provided, the better. The best time of day to take the pictures is in the early morning when there are strong shadows.
You can take digital photos and send them as attachments in E-mail to 55joelsart@comcast.net or you can send photographs in a photo mailer,
If you are sending old original photos that you wish to protect, you can send color photocopies. Color photo-copies have better detail than black-and-white.
All photos will be returned after receiving the final payment.
